<표기 방식에 대하여>

1. 원문을 확실히 이해하기 위해, 영어 공부를 겸하여 신경 쓰이는 영어 단어에는 ()로 . 일본어 뜻을 추가하였습니다.
2. 영어 숙어에는 밑줄을 긋고, 파란색으로 표기하였습니다.
3. 중요하다고 느낀 문장은 굵게 강조하였습니다. 특히, 중요하다고 느끼는 문장 (생각)은 빨간색 굵은 글씨로 강조하였습니다.

1. 原文をしっかり理解するために、英語の勉強がてら気になる英単語には（）として日本語の意味を追記しました。

2. 英語の熟語には下線を引き、青色で表記しました。

3. 重要だと感じた文書は太字で強調しております。特に重要だと思っている文書（考え方）には、赤の太字で協調しております。

[기존 팀원의 의식에 대해서]

기존 멤버가 새로운 팀원 채용에 대해서 적극적이지 않은 이유는

1.    자신의 경쟁자가 나타나는 것을 우려하기 때문에

2.    급료를 포함해서 자부할만한 직장이 아니라고 생각하기 때문에

3.    소속 회사의 대표를 포함해서 회사 제품과 서비스를 사랑하지 않기 때문에

既存のメンバーが新しいチームメンバーの採用に積極的ではない理由は、

1．自分の競争相手が現れることを懸念しているから

2．給与を含め、自分が誇れる職場ではないと考えているから

3．会社の代表を含め、所属する会社の製品やサービスを愛していないから

 

[On the mindset of existing team members]

The reasons why existing members are not enthusiastic about hiring new team members are:

1.    Because they worry that competitors may appear for themselves

2.    Because they think it is not a workplace they can be proud of, including the salary

3.    Because they do not love the company’s products and services, including the company’s leader
